We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photo or video proof.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Order number is required

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong size or color selected by the customer
• Used or worn items
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Customized or clearance items

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
